A Great Day Out

Westmoreland Berry Farm, with its stunning views, is a riverside farm located in Virginia's Historic Northern Neck along the Rappahanock. It is just over a half hour drive East of Fredricksburg, VA and just over an hour from both Washington, DC and Richmond, VA.

On the farm you can pick your own fruit, browse amongst a wide range of fruits, vegetables and garden center items in our Country Store or you can just sit and relax and enjoy the view while the kids enjoy themselves in the adjacent play areas.

Nature Preserve

*** ALERT: Voorhees Nature Preserve trails are currently closed due to hurricane damage. Thank you for your patience.***

Just next to the farm is the Voorhees Nature Preserve, 729 acres in all, where you can walk through natural forest trails, explore protected wetlands and see spectular views from high over the banks of the Rappahannock.

Restaurant

Our kitchen has a range of snack items that are prepared to order. Please see the menu page for details. Very popular with most guests are the fresh fruit ice cream sundaes, but then so are the corn dogs, pulled pork sandwiches and cole slaw. We serve a range of pies which go nicely with the lemonade and are also available in the store to take with you and share with your friends.

Goat Walk

For several years now, visitors to the farm have had the pleasure of watching the daring exploits of our skywalking goats. They make the trek up and over a long wooden bridge, crossing the road to visit the pulley feeder system which kids love to operate.

Come and visit Westmoreland Berry Farm for a special day out. We hope to see you soon.
